Follow up with listing leads.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?:
Little by little.
What is your favorite part about working in real estate in this part of the world?:
The variety in architectural design and price points.
Tell us about a recent challenge you came upon and how you conquered it.:
Had a couple of egotistical agents aggressively come at me. I held my composure, deescalated the situation, and negotiated in my client's favor.
What role has mentorship played in your career?:
Mike Ferl (W Real Estate) and Cameron Samimi (LyonStahl Inv. Real Estate) taught me a ton about sales and real estate when I worked on their team. The mentorship and lessons help me to this day in all aspects of life.
What's your favorite home design feature that you wish more homes had?:
Higher quality materials/finishes. Most homes today are built to be rebuilt in 20 years and are assembled, not designed and built to last.
If you could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, who would you choose and why?:
Mother-in-law, she was the greatest.
Someone is coming to visit Sonoma/Mendocino/SF County. Where should they go first?:
The Coast and redwoods.
What's something you're looking forward to in the upcoming year? (Wedding, vacation, new opportunity, etc.):
Taking my wife to Italy, France, and Spain in May.
