What three words would you use to describe your approach to the real estate business?:
Bold. Savvy. Grounded.
What's one aspect of your business that you are looking to improve on this year? In what ways/how would like to see yourself improve?:
This year I’m focused on improving efficiency through refined systems and intentional support. I want to streamline my processes so I can dedicate more time to advising clients, strategizing, and maintaining the high-touch, personal experience my business is known for.
To what do you attribute your success most?:
I attribute my success to a mix of deep local roots, genuine relationships, and a relentless drive to deliver for my clients. I take pride in pairing strategy with heart — bringing data, creativity, and integrity to every client experience while keeping people at the center of it all.
If you had one piece of advice for someone just starting out in real estate, what would it be?:
Focus on building genuine relationships and truly understanding your market. Real estate is a long game built on trust, integrity, and consistency. If you show up every day with curiosity, professionalism, and heart, success will follow naturally.
What's the one piece of advice you always give your clients first?:
I always tell my clients that clarity and trust come first. Once we understand their goals and align on strategy, everything else falls into place. My role is to guide them with honesty, data, and care so they can move forward with confidence.
Failure is a natural part of achieving success. How do you recoup when things don't necessarily go your way?:
When things don’t go my way, I take a moment to pause and reflect before I reset. Real estate is full of ups and downs, but I’ve learned that each challenge is an opportunity to grow sharper, calmer, and more intentional. I focus on what I can control — my attitude, communication, and follow-through — and let every experience refine my instincts and strengthen how I show up for the next client.
If work-life balance is important to you how can you tell if you are getting it right?:
I know I’m getting work-life balance right when I can be fully present — with my clients, my family, or myself. When my energy feels steady, my creativity is flowing, and I still have time for the people and moments that matter most, that’s when I know I’m in alignment. Balance, for me, is less about hours and more about presence.
What roles have mentors played in your life and career?:
Mentorship has been at the heart of my career. I’ve been fortunate to learn from my family — especially my mom — who built this business with integrity and grace. Watching her taught me that success comes from service, consistency, and doing what’s right. I’ve also had mentors who’ve challenged me to think bigger and lead with both strength and empathy — lessons that continue to guide how I show up for my clients and community.
What risks were you willing to take when starting out in your career and how have they benefited you?:
When I first started out, the biggest risk was stepping out from behind the scenes and into the role of an agent. Later, I took an even bigger leap — building my own business after a fortunate start in my family’s. It’s challenged me, inspired me, and shown me how much I’m capable of. Recently, I made the difficult choice to walk away from a client — a reminder that leading with a mindset of abundance is one of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned. Trusting that what’s meant for me will come has shaped how I approach my business and the kind of energy I bring to it every day.
If you could only ever visit one business again in Sonoma/Napa/Mendocino/SF County, what would it be and why?:
If I could only ever visit one business again, my natural instinct would be The Loop in Sonoma — GUILTY PLEASURE. But if I had to choose based on food and community, it would be the Jack London Lodge. It’s such a classic spot — full of familiar faces, great energy, and that genuine Glen Ellen charm that always makes you feel at home.
