Send a “contingency removal” and note to my Buyer.
2. What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?:
Keep my glass half full instead of half empty.
3. What is your favorite part about working in real estate in this part of the world?:
Assisting my clients in home ownership in one of the most desirable places in the world.
4. Tell us about a recent challenge you came upon and how you conquered it.:
Negotiating credits and price reductions on purchase. I gave detailed explanations, including quotes, to both buyers and sellers
5. What's your favorite home design feature that you wish more homes had?:
Welcoming family/game rooms,
6. If you could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, who would you choose and why?:
My grandmother. She was an amazing, warm, and loving lady
7. Someone is coming to visit Sonoma/Mendocino/SF County. Where should they go first?:
Downtown Petaluma.
8. What's something you're looking forward to in the upcoming year? (Wedding, vacation, new opportunity, etc.):
Always vacations. Next vacations to Mazatlan, Mexico, Egypt, and then a river cruise from Budapest to Vienna.
