1. What was the first thing you wrote on your to-do list for today?:
Coordinate buyer walk-through and seller informational meetings on the house that is closing soon.
2. What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?:
Take as good care of yourself as you do others.
3. What is your favorite part about working in real estate in this part of the world?:
Helping clients reach their goals while helping to ease their emotions so they make good decisions.
4. Tell us about a recent challenge you came upon and how you conquered it.:
Helping heirs sell their recently deceased parents' home. They were overwhelmed with the amount of personal property they had to figure out what to do with while mourning both of their parents' passing. Spent many days guiding them through the process with sensitivity to their feelings. Took a lot of time, but we got it done. Home is closing soon, and we are like family now.
5. What role has mentorship played in your career?:
Learning from people who have experience.
6. What's your favorite home design feature that you wish more homes had?:
Outdoor living spaces with a fire and/or water feature with nature around.
7. If you could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, who would you choose and why?:
My father, because he lives overseas, is turning 89 next month and I don’t see him often enough
8. Someone is coming to visit Sonoma/Mendocino/SF County. Where should they go first?:
Armstrong Woods
9. What's something you're looking forward to in the upcoming year? (Wedding, vacation, new opportunity, etc.):
Traveling to Greece to see family.
