1. What was the first thing you wrote on your to-do list for today?:
My to do list everyday- I start with prayer and gratitude, then get a workout in. After that, I prepare my kids’ lunches, drop them off at school, and head to the office to work I always have a lot to do and im grateful for that.
2. What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?:
Be consistent in who you are, not just successful in what you do.
3. What is your favorite part about working in real estate in this part of the world?:
My favorite part about working in real estate throughout Sonoma County is the people. I get to help families not just buy a house, but create a legacy! This area has a special lifestyle—community, space, and opportunity—and being part of that journey means everything to me. At the end of the day, it’s not just about the sale, it’s about the trust people put in me and the relationships we build long after closing.
4. Tell us about a recent challenge you came upon and how you conquered it.:
The biggest challenge right now is the limited houses in the market combined with higher interest rates.
I overcome this by focusing on strategy—because markets and interest don’t stop deals, lack of strategy does.
5. What role has mentorship played in your career?:
Mentorship is the foundation of any successful career—who you learn from can make all the difference. I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the best in the business, and I’m genuinely grateful for the knowledge, guidance, and patience they’ve shared with me. That foundation allows me to better serve my clients at a higher level every day.
6. What's your favorite home design feature that you wish more homes had?:
I’m most drawn to farmhouse style homes—they blend clean modern finishes with warmth and character, which fits the Sonoma County lifestyle perfectly: comfortable, functional, and timeless.
7. If you could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, who would you choose and why?:
I would choose Picasso—he didn’t just create art, he transformed how humanity understands and expresses creativity, emotion, and innovation across generations.
8. Someone is coming to visit Sonoma/Mendocino/SF County. Where should they go first?:
Windsor Foothills—where you find nature, peace, and views that take your breath away.
9. What's something you're looking forward to in the upcoming year? (Wedding, vacation, new opportunity, etc.):
There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing the seeds I’ve planted over the years begin to grow and show results in my real estate career—proof that consistency, patience, and faith in the process truly pay off. I’m looking forward to carrying that momentum into the upcoming year, growing my business, serving more families, and stepping into new opportunities as they come.
