After growing up in Sebastopol, Annabelle moved to Los Angeles to follow her passion for design and architecture. She worked for several interior design and development firms in Los Angeles and Orange County, including Raili CA Design, BD Antiques, and BetterShelter. These 7+ years of boots-on-the-ground experience included managing contractors, pulling permits, ordering materials, sourcing furniture, and staging properties.
When Annabelle became a real estate agent, she joined the Brock & Lori team, a top-producing real estate team in North East L.A. specializing in luxury real estate and investment properties. By working in the ultra-competitive LA marketplace, Annabelle developed strong negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of what it takes to make a deal work for both parties. Her creative eye and background in renovation allow her to help clients visualize a property’s maximum potential. Annabelle is a seasoned property investor herself, having purchased, renovated, and rented a 1920s Craftsman home with her husband in East LA.
Now that Annabelle is back in Sonoma County, she is excited to continue working with buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals.
