Prior to her real estate endeavors, Cari spent 8 years in the dental field as a registered dental tech and office manager. A pivotal moment arose when she was granted a six-month paid sabbatical to support her dentist's maternity leave. She seized this opportunity to obtain her real estate license, using her commissions to contribute to her next home purchase. This marked the beginning of her real estate journey in 2004.

Dedicating almost five years to a prestigious brokerage and developer in Tiburon, Cari honed her expertise across diverse facets of the industry, including building spec homes, property management, and loan origination. In 2009, she embarked on a new chapter, obtaining her brokerage license and founding her own venture, Leisure Living Realty. Sustaining a flourishing enterprise from 2009 to the present, Cari recently joined the esteemed W Real Family as a broker associate, amplifying her local and global opportunities.
