In late 2022, Jonathan joined forces with David Hargreaves to create BruingtonHargreaves to build on our collective success over the past few years as the highest performing individual agents in W Real Estate.
Between us over the past year, we have completed over 60 transactions with a combined value of over $70M in sales across Sonoma County covering Healdsburg, Windsor, Santa Rosa, Cloverdale, and Sebastopol.
Jonathan started in real estate 8 years ago, but has a foundation in the local real estate market well beyond that. Jonathan was fortunate to grow up in Sonoma County in a family with deep roots in the local real estate development and financing markets, which aided in him becoming the top producing individual agent out of over 200 agents at W Real Estate by the time he was 25 years old.
Jonathan has continued to build upon that success and expand his business in a variety of avenues, including his own involvement in a variety development and investment projects in Sonoma County. His core business still circulates around his work with income investors and renovators/builders, as well some of the most sought after luxury local communities.
