Lilly has worked in almost every facet of the Real Estate Industry. Beginning in 2003 as a transaction coordinator and office manager for a coastal Real Estate firm, she has held positions in the mortgage industry, residential and commercial property management, credit repair, loan modifications and residential/commercial leasing and sales.
In 2016, Lilly was acknowledged by The North Bay Business Journal’s as a Forty Under 40 Award Honorees. She is a 2015 Fellow of the Leadership Institute for the Ecology and the Economy’s Leadership for a Sustainable Future program. In 2014, she spearheaded a water conservation movement through commercial turf conversion and has successfully coordinated four lawn transformation projects within the Redwood Business Park totaling approximately 2,350,000 gallons of water saved annually.
In addition, Lilly is an award-winning choreographer who has directed seven dance companies within California since 1997. The mission for her latest dance project is to create a dance company whose purpose is to serve and support community first organizations through art.
Born and raised in beautiful Sonoma County, CA. She graduated from California State University Chico with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance & Humanities. Lilly has two beautiful children. They light her life everyday with fun, affection and wonder. She considers her children to be her greatest accomplishment.
