Luis offers a distinct advantage through his extensive background in high-volume sales and residential construction. Having worked for years with Flores General Construction Inc. with his father, he possesses a practical understanding of home renovations and structural quality. This experience allows him to help clients identify both the potential and the risks within a property that others might overlook.

His commitment to the industry is driven by the legacy of a family friend lost in the Tubbs Fire, which instilled in him a mission to help families secure their place in the community with integrity. Luis brings this same level of dedication to his personal life, whether he is training at Redwood Fitness, running with his girlfriend in the Peak Pursuit Running Club, or organizing events for SoCo Car Meet.
