I grew up in Sebastopol and bought my first piece of real estate at the age of 16 while still in high school. Holding 3 jobs to afford that first rental, I then traded that home into my first apartment building at 18 years of age. Now, 48 years later, I strive to be a pillar in the West County community while constantly proving year after year, with my awards and reputation, that I stand above and beyond the competition with my real estate experience. 

Together with my contractor husband, Rocky Harris, we started Harris Builders in 1981and began building high-end spec homes as well as custom homes, which has spanned 38 years. This experience has allowed me to orchestrate remodels and I have a crew to do repairs, clean-up, maintenance and landscape at very reasonable rates. Having personally developed a lot of land, I am well versed in problems and      questions regarding wells and septic systems.

Family is very important to me and my children, Ben Harris, 40 and Natalie Harris, 36 are my pride and joy. Ben works side by side with me in real estate after working in construction for Harris Builders. Natalie, a lover of sunshine, works for Coldwell Banker in La Jolla following in the family footsteps. My family loves trips to Hawaii, Giants games and house boating trips at Shasta with friends and family.

I have been a landlord of homes, commercial properties, and multiple units in Sonoma County since 1977. This allows me to be an asset to any investor, as I truly understand how to analyze income, expenses and capitalization rates.
