Penny is a third-generation Santa Rosan, who has always had an interest in architecture and interior design. Dedicated to providing exceptional service to both buyers and sellers, she is ranked as one of the top 13% of sellers’ agents in Santa Rosa. Her referral-based business exemplifies the trust her clients have placed in her during her 13 years in real estate. She is known for being hard-working and patient.While many of her clients are now in their second and third transition with her, Penny still loves the excitement of helping first-time homebuyers find that perfect home.With a degree in Textiles and Design from San Francisco State University, Penny has always had a keen sense of design. For 25 years, she held a California State contractor license and ran a successful business specializing in interior paint and wallpaper installation. Her many years of experience working with local contractors, inspectors, and builders continue to provide her clients with a network of resources. As a Certified Stager, Penny is eager to advise and help her clients prepare their homes to sell.When not practicing real estate, Penny is an active volunteer with Charities and the Redwood Empire Food Bank. She has previously donated her time and resources to The Living Room, a day shelter. She is a proud alumnus of Santa Rosa High School and a member of their charitable foundation.For fun, Penny likes to cheer for the San Francisco Giants with her husband of 39 years, or play bocce ball, garden, and spend time with her two sons and daughter in-law.
