MEET WILL Will Lance is an accomplished real estate investor and top-performing agent specializing in vineyard, winery, and luxury estate sales in Napa, Sonoma and Marin Counties. Will hit the ground running at the outset of his career and was named the North Bay Association of Realtors “Rookie of the Year” in 2013. He also claimed the organization’s “Chapter Spirit Award” in 2014. Will partnered with W Real Estate in 2017 to work hand-in-hand with its team of wine country real estate professionals who possess decades of experience in the field. In the 2024 calendar year, Will surpassed over $100MM and 2000 acres in vineyard, winery and luxury estate listings and closed over $40MM in sales. He has continued to grow his business and achieve success in the industry because he loves what he does every day, marketing beautiful Wine Country estates and hunting down unique properties for discerning buyers. Will’s strong work ethic, integrity, vast area knowledge and negotiating expertise make him an invaluable asset to his clients. Prior to his career in real estate, Will attended San Diego State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. He then worked for Topel Winery before obtaining his real estate license. Will resides in Healdsburg with his wife Laura, son Drew and daughter Isla.
