Why did you choose to pursue a career in real estate?
First and foremost, I’m a people person. I love helping others achieve a major goal in life & guiding the overstep of the way. It fills my heart being able to help others. More importantly, I wanted to be able to educate buyers and sellers on the process so they understood everything going on and answer any question they had. I know that when I became a homeowner, the process was intimidating, but I had a great agent who walked me through the process to make it easier. I want to be that for other potential buyers.
How have you adapted your marketing/business during the era of Coronavirus (COVID-19)?:
It's no surprise that this pandemic has really impacted the way we do business. I believe I’ve adapted pretty well. I have amazing clients who are understanding about the situation we are in. Definitely more text messaging & phone calls vs. in person meetings. I have expanded my social media presence to make myself more available to anyone looking to buy or sell.
What’s the best thing that happened to you this month?:
Being able to spend quality time with my family. It’s important to stay grounded with your support system during difficult times.
Are you a morning or a night person?:
100% a morning person. I like to tackle my day early and head on. I find that I am most productive if I start my days early.
What is one of the things you would put on your “bucket” list?:
Traveling more often and seeing different cultures throughout the world.
What is something you wish you could be good at?:
Interior Decorating. It’s something that interests me but I also feel it could be a great compliment to my real estate background.
What is something most people would never guess about you?:
I’m an adrenaline junkie! I love motorsports, rollercoasters & heights- anything to get the blood flowing!
Must have purse/car item?:
My hydro flask. I have to have it with me everywhere I go. Even showing appointments!
What does a perfect day in Sonoma/Mendocino/SF County look like for you?:
I am a huge foodie & wino! I’d say a perfect day for me is wine tasting tours and visiting local restaurants.
What's your favorite local restaurant?:
I have way too many, but just to name a few: Sea Thai Bistro, Osake, Willi’s and Sazón.
What are you most looking forward to in the New Year?:
I’m looking forward to a new chapter. The ability to return back to some sort of normalcy so that I can continue to help people achieve their dreams of becoming homeowners.
