To what do you attribute your success?

My success stems from several areas but most of all, a desire to provide a stable home for my 4 children. They inspire me and give me motivation to work hard and be a great Realtor.

 

What’s the biggest mistake you’ve made in your business or the single best thing you’ve ever done for your business?:

A big mistake I have made in my business is not creating a better system for follow up with previous clients. And the single best thing I have ever done for my business is to have a consistent work ethic when it comes to my clients.

 

How do you balance giving personal attention to your clients while still trying to automate your business?:

I make sure to check in w my clients on a consistent bases and as needed. Each client requires a different amount of hands on attention and figuring that out early on in the relationship helps me with the balance of what they need and expect.

 

How have you adapted your marketing/business during the era of Coronavirus (COVID-19)?:

I have increased my social media postings a lot. I have been able to create a CRM so that I can keep in better touch with all the spheres in my database.

 

What is a unique aspect of the Sonoma/Mendocino/SF County Residential Real Estate market?:

The Sonoma County market is unique in the sense that it is not only a great place to live and raise your family but it is a vacation destination. That makes an investment into real estate even more sound seeing as how people will always want to live and visit Wine Country.

 

If you could only do one thing differently when you first started your business what would it be?:

I would start out with a solid marketing campaign that i committed to for at least one year to get my name established.

 

 

If a work-life balance is important to you how can you tell if you’re getting it right?:

My kids let me know!

 

What was the best vacation you ever had?:

Going to Tahoe with my kids and doing nothing but cooking & eating, playing games, doing puzzles and taking walks. It was nice to be able to relax and just enjoy the great weather and each others company.

 

If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out in real estate, what would it be?:

I would encourage them to have some money in the bank to start a strong marketing campaign and to be prepared for a few months of now paycheck!

 

What are you looking forward to most in the New Year?:

The New Year is always a time to bring new opportunities have new experiences and I am excited to how my business grows with another year of lessons lived behind me.
